Ballot counting underway in Harris County after extending voting hours
It's been a very strange huge Election Day, to say the least, because there's been so many court actions and court decisions that seem to change everything. FOX 26's Randy Wallace breaks it down for us after we caught part of the Harris County Elections Administrator Clifford Tatum trying to clarify what will happen with the extended voting results.
