Very dry air will remain in place over the weekend and early next week. By mid-late next week, moisture will start to increase a bit and that will mean more humidity but still only a slim chance for rain. Look for mostly sunny and warm days with pleasant nights. It will track north weakening over the next few days as it still spreads heavy rain, gusty winds and the threat for a few tornadoes across the Carolinas and Mid-Atlantic.
