'It breaks my heart," mother of Uvalde shooting victim speaks out
"It breaks my heart that I have a son in Heaven that will never come home," said Felicia Martinez, the mother of 10-year-old Xavier James Lopez, who was killed in the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas in May. Martinez, along with other family members of the victims of the shooting, spoke at the March for Our Lives rally in downtown Austin.
