Leaders of Houston's Hispanic community demand more representation at City Hall

The timing of this comes as Houston City Council prepares to redraw political boundaries in the so-called redistricting process. The principal argument is this as the face of Houston becomes more and more Latino, the leadership of use remains much the same.
