End of our hot, dry stretch is on the horizon
Plan for two more days of 90+ with gusty south winds. A wind advisory is in effect today for western counties through 6pm, with winds that could occasionally top 25mph. Late Saturday night through early next Thursday morning, a stalled front will sway over the region keeping daily chances for rounds of rain and storms in the forecast. Severe weather is not expected, but some heavy downpours may work their way into the mix from time to time. The sun looks to return late Thursday, with improving conditions heading into Memorial Day Weekend.
