9-year-old student suspended for 'unknowingly' eating marijuana-laced candy
Angela Rose says her 9-year-old daughter, Amiya, unknowingly ate a gummy that was laced with THC last week at Krahn Elementary School. Where she is a student. She says she got very sick and had to be sent home. She is questioning the way the school and Klein ISD handled the incident since the child was initially going to be expelled, then ended up being suspended, for breaking the school’s food policy.
