Third Ward business owners holds ?community day? to promote unity, stop violence

Houston?s Third Ward has been referred to by some city leaders as a ?hotbed of crime.? FOX 26?s Tiffany Justice spoke with a business owner who says the neighborhood is getting a bad rap and wants to help fix that.
