Steve Mitby with the Harris County GOP holds press conference on Elections Administrator's Resignation

Attorney Steve Mitby legal counsel for the Harris County Republican Party announced the requested emergency court hearing to remove County Elections Administrator Isabel Longoria immediately and not accept her resignation date of July 1, 2022.
