Friends and family remember a man shot, killed by police during robbery call in north Houston

A vigil was held Friday night for Charion Lockett. Police say he was wanted for robbery and shot at officers trying to arrest him on Monday outside a home on Oak West Dr. Officers then shot back, killing him.
