Doctor files civil rights lawsuit after Chase Bank branch denied opening her an account

Dr. Malika Mitchell-Stewart claims she tried to open an account at a Chase Bank branch in Sugar Land, but was denied. Her attorney, who has filed a civil rights lawsuit on her behalf, says it was racially motivated.
