Mural set up in honor of slain Houston couple: Rhogena Nicholas and Dennis Tuttle

Friday marked three years since a no-knock police raid on Harding Street in southeast Houston led to the death of two people inside Rhogena Nicholas and Dennis Tuttle were killed. A mural was erected in their honor, as organizers continue to call for further investigation into the case.
