Harris County COVID-19 threat level now back to highest, 'red'

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo raised the county's COVID-19 threat level to the highest: red. Judge Hidalgo also announced that the county is providing school districts with rapid COVID-19 antigen tests amid an "explosive growth" in Omicron cases.
