Conroe PD facing lawsuit after woman bitten by police dog
The Conroe Police Dept. has been slapped with a federal lawsuit after a woman was attacked by a police dog. Back in 2018, Montgomery County sheriff?s deputies and Conroe police officers responded to a mental health wellness check and during the confrontation, a dog was released and severely injured her. She was not armed at the time of the incident. FOX 26 reached out to Conroe PD, but they have declined to comment at this time.
