HOUSTON - Houston Police are investigating a deadly crash that left one woman dead early Sunday morning.
According to investigators, the driver of a sedan was making a turn and was hit by a pickup truck around 3 a.m.
It happened in the 7400 block of Fondren Rd., just off of Southwest Freeway, near Houston Christian University.
The Houston Fire Department took the driver to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The driver of the pickup ran from the scene, leaving the pickup behind.
What we don't know:
The identity of the female driver and her age has not been released.
The identity of the person driving the pickup truck is not known.
