Up and coming singer Angelica Vila co-signed by hip hop legend Fat Joe

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - It isn’t easy to get recognized when you’re an upcoming artist.

However, 20-year-old Angelica Vila from the Bronx is well on her way. She was recently in town promoting her latest single More in the Morning. 

She talks about how she started off doing covers on YouTube then Instagram 15 second videos when she got her big break when five-time Grammy nominated artist and my good friend rapper Fat Joe took notice.

I surprised her with him on the phone during our interview.
