The Red Cross addresses Harvey controversy

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The Red Cross has collected over $350 million in donations from Hurricane Harvey. There's $200 million left and some flood victims are asking why they were denied their $400 grant. Monica Castillo is one of those flood victims and she’s on the Factor to talk about it. Also on the Factor is Red Cross president Gail McGovern to give us some answers.
