HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Michael Anthony Cuellar, 28, and Sierra V. Tarbutton, 27, each appeared in court separately after the two of them were arrested in the now-infamous gunshots fired on Snapchat incident. Cuellar and Tarbutton are both charged with deadly conduct / discharge firearm buidling/habitation/vehicle.
