HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Community activist Deric Muhammad has scheduled a press conference at the Willowbrook Mall after 22-year-old college student Jesse Valdez was approached and detained by a Harris County Precinct 4 deputy constable. The video shows Valdez being detained by officers and mall security staff after he rode a Segway board through the mall.
