Teenagers who spend more time glued to their smart phones are less happy than those who don't, so says a study from San Diego State University.

They did a study looking at teens in 8th, 10th, and 12th grade and found that those that were into sports and spending more time interacting face to face, using a phone less than an hour a day, are happier.
