'No words.' Officers mourn burned up Krispy Kreme truck

Police departments across the country are offering their condolences to the officers who responded to a burned up Krispy Kreme truck in Kentucky.

The Lexington Police Department shared photos of officers with their heads bowed as they pose in front of a Krispy Kreme truck that caught fire.

"No words," the department tweeted on New Year's Eve, along with the photos.

According to Fox News, the driver noticed his vehicle smoking and was able to escape safely.

Police departments across the country are offering their condolences to the officers on Twitter.

 

 

 

On Tuesday, Krispy Kreme's official Twitter account reached out to the officers and said more doughnuts are on the way. Lexington Police replied, "Hope."
