HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Today, Mayor Sylvester Turner will release the independent results of the city of Houston’s next day pothole repair rate. Mayor Turner launched his pothole repair initiative last month. The plan is that if you see a pothole that needs fixing, you’re encouraged to report it to 3-1-1.Under the program, the goal is to get it filled within one business day
