FULL: Update on Houston stabbing on Pickfair Street
Houston police provide an update on a deadly stabbing on Pickfair Street.
HOUSTON - Police are investigating after a man was found dead in the middle of the road in east Houston on Tuesday morning.

What we know:
Houston police responded to a report of a man down in the road in the 4500 block of Pickfair Street.
Police say people in the neighborhood had called 911 and started CPR. The man did not survive his injuries.
According to police, it appears he was stabbed.
What we don't know:
The man's identity has not been released so that family can be notified. Police say he is known to work in the area, so people at the scene were able to help identify him.
It's unclear what led up to the stabbing.
