Spring, TX shooting: Teen suspects, victim identified
Harris County deputies say the deadly Friday shooting was related to a "failed drug transaction."
SPRING, Texas - Harris County Deputies have identified a male who was shot and killed on Friday after what investigators say was a "failed drug transaction."

The backstory:
Jaden Tyler Reese, 18, was shot and removed from a car after it crashed into a ditch on Hickory Twig Way in Spring. It happened just west of the North Freeway around 1 p.m.
Reese was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The constable's office responded and started searching for two suspects. Other agencies, including Texas DPS, assisted.
According to the constable's office, they started to receive information about a possible abandoned house with the suspects inside. Authorities went to the home and ended up detaining several young adults.
The two suspects were inside the abandoned home.
Deadly shooting near Spring: Man killed; 2 suspects apprehended
Two suspects have been apprehended after a deadly shooting prompted a large law enforcement response in a Spring-area neighborhood on Friday, authorities say.
What's New:
The investigation led detectives to 17-year-old Jerod Cordarius Jones. He has been arrested and charged with murder, criminal mischief and assault. His combined bonds are set at $160,000.
Lloyd Lewis, 18, has been charged with tampering with evidence. His bond has been set at $30,000.
Both are booked into the Harris County Jail.
