New details about the criminal indictment of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton will be unsealed. A grand jury has indicted Paxton on multiple felony charges. The charges will be unsealed around noon, and a judge has already been appointed to preside over the case.
After the indictments, Paxton can surrender to be photographed, fingerprinted and booked. Currently, Paxton remains in office.
