Houston (FOX 26) - The funeral for Rosemary Diaz, the girl that went missing 26 years ago, will be held Saturday. Last week investigators confirmed her remains were found in Matagorda County in November.
The 16 year-old was last seen working a shift at a Wharton County convenience store. Investigators got a break in the case last year, when the suspect’s family member provided information that led them to a shallow grave.
No arrests have been made because the suspect has since died.
