Just a day after posting bail, former City of Houston press secretary Darian Ward appeared in court for the first time Tuesday morning.
Ward was indicted by a grand jury last week on a charge of refusing to provide access to public information.
If convicted, she could face up to six moths in jail or a fine up to $1,000.
