Cy-Creek High School band director charged with improper relationship with student

HOUSTON, TX - A Cy-Creek High School Band Director, Brian Drake has been charged with improper relationship with a student. He was removed from the campus of Cypress Creek High School.

After the accusations came to light, according to the charging documents, an anonymous call to the tipline led to the investigation. Police say that Brian Thomas Drake threatened to harm himself if the relationship ever came to light. The relationship is believed to have taken place back in 2015, and the student has since graduated.
