It's an unbelievably tragic story. The Hensen family had only been living in the Cleveland area for around a year after moving from Dallas.
Debra Hensen was waiting at Cross Way Community Fellowship Church for five family members to join her for Bible study on Wednesday night. But the family was involved in a deadly accident in Liberty County while on their way to the church.
Debra's husband Mark, her 16-year-old daughter Jesse, and her 5-year-old granddaughter Lilly were all killed in the accident. Two other family members remain hospitalized.
The congregation at the church came together to grieve and remember the family on Thursday night.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
