Harris County Sheriff's Office Traffic Enforcement Division (TED) is currently investigating a double fatality in the 4900 block of Sam Houston Parkway N at Antoine Rd
Preliminary information is that an 18 wheeler occupied by one driver, and a small compact sedan occupied by two subjects was involved in an auto accident.
The driver of the 18-wheeler is a confirmed fatality, along with a person that was in the sedan.
The other complainant in the sedan was transported by EMS in critical condition.
