50 years later, many still believe the moon landing was a hoax

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The country is celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the first moon landing in 1969.

Despite what some call the most amazing achievement in the history of mankind, there are still people who believe it was all staged. There were a total of six manned moon landings.

Polls show about 5 percent of the American population, more than 16 million people, believe the Apollo moon landings were a hoax.
