Police say three people are dead, including the gunman, in a shooting at a southwest Houston auto repair shop.

Police were called to the 14300 block of S. Post Oak near W. Orem around 4 p.m. Friday.  According to HPD, a former employee went into the business and shot two employees before shooting himself. Police say the three people are deceased.

"One suspect who was a former employee, entered the shop, shot and killed two employees, exited the shop, walked into the yard and shot himself, he is deceased as well," says executive assistant chief Troy Finner.

Family and friends of those that work at the business stopped by the scene to pay their respects.

Michael and Shedrique Williams say they believe one of their family member was one of the victims.

"This is his heart right here, he would never miss a day of work or none of that," says Michael Williams.

"I just ask our great citizens of this city to pray for each victim here and their families," says assistant chief Finner.

Houston homicide detectives are still trying to determine the motive.
