The Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office says a young child has drowned in a small pond on a property in Rosenberg.
Deputies are investigating the drowning at the property in the 6100 block of Eagle Drive.
Officials say the 2-year-old boy wandered down to the small pond on the property.
