HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Rodeo Goat has opened in the EaDo district of Houston. The menu includes twenty different kinds of burgers and more than 100 different beers. The restaurant also offers a dessert known as goat balls, made with biscuit dough, brie cheese and a fruit coulis. Asa Hanrahan, general manager at Rodeo Goat, demonstrates how to make the savory dessert with help from FOX 26 News segment contributor and food talk radio show host Cleverley Stone.
