Chef Bryan Caswell and his wife Jennifer Caswell are the team behind Oxbow 7 Restaurant & Bar inside the Le Méridien Houston Downtown. They are preparing what they describe as "elevated bayou cuisine."
Opened for only a few weeks, Oxbow 7 Restaurant & Bar is located in downtown Houston in the historic Melrose building.
