Chef Dominick Lee demonstrates to FOX 26 News food segment contributor and CBS 650 AM radio show host Cleverley Stone how to prepare mushroom toast. Poitin owner Ian Tucker describes some of the dishes on the restaurant's menu including skillet-basted cauliflower steak and a 24 Karrot Cake.
