Crystal L Kincaid shared a video with the Orange County Animal Services animal shelter in Orlando, Florida, on February 10 that shows a little dog rising onto its hind legs and doing a little jig.
A woman offscreen, presumably Kincaid, asks the dog, “whatcha doing?” and makes a few kissing noises, which prompts the dog to rise up and move from side to side, while holding its paws up.
