Houston weather: Hurricane Isaias strengthens to strong Category 2 storm

Hurricane Isaias has become the first hurricane of the 2026 Atlantic season. The Category 2 storm now has winds of 105 mph and is expected to strengthen to a Category 3 storm on Friday. FOX 26 Meteorologist Remeisha Shade has the latest.
