Houston ISD parent speaks on federal investigation into district

The US Department of Education for Civil Rights has opened an investigation into Houston ISD for alleged discrimination against students with disabilities. FOX 26's Angie Rodriguez spoke to a parent who attended a parents' meeting Saturday.
