Houston Precinct 7 Partners with R.I.S.E. for Free Community Gun Violence Prevention Event

Local leaders and everyday citizens are teaming up to stop crime before it happens. This Saturday, Harris County Constable Precinct 7 and the R.I.S.E. intervention team are hosting a free community event at the Houston Texans YMCA.
