Massachusetts Removes All Abortion Restrictions: What the New Law Means

Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey has signed new legislation removing the state’s 24-week restriction on abortion procedures. The state now becomes one of just ten in the nation allowing medical professionals and patients to make reproductive care decisions at any point in pregnancy.
