Rice University stair climb honors 9/11 victims, first responders

The Houston Consortium of Naval ROTC will hold their annual 9/11 stair climb at Rice University Stadium to honor the victims and first responders of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. Denise Middleton spoke to Capt. Mike Kinter, Rice Naval ROTC Commanding Officer, about the climb and what it means for the community.
