Tropical Weather Forecast - Tracking remnants of Dolly in Atlantic Ocean

Tropical Storm Dolly has weakened back to a tropical wave in the middle of the Atlantic after encountering strong wind shear and dry air. It could still bring some heavy downpours to Puerto Rico this weekend into early next week.
