Owners upset paying high HOA fees for condos uninhabitable for more than 5 years

Following a fire in March 2021 at The Bayfront Towers at 401 Lakeside Lane, numerous condo owners are paying $800 a month for HOA fees and they don't even know when they can move back in. FOX 26's Randy Wallace explains.
