Houston weather: Tropical Storm Bertha moving into the area

Tropical Storm Bertha will begin to move into the Houston-area Thursday afternoon bringing some wind and rain but mostly for the coast and areas to the south. A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for areas along the coast including Galveston and Texas City.
