Tropical Depression Edouardo: Flash flood warning issued

Liberty, Polk and portions of San Jacinto Counties are under Flash Flood Warnings. Edouard has dropped almost a foot of rain in some locations. The outer rain bands continue to bring heavy rain to our northeastern viewing area Wednesday.
