Alleged squatter removed from Gilley Heights home

The home at the center of a high profile murder case has been returned to the victim's family. Harris County Precinct 1 deputies entered the vacant Heights home on Allston Street on Monday after authorities said a man filed paperwork claiming he owned the property a few weeks after Lee Gilley, who is accused of killing his pregnant wife, fled the country.
