Tropical Storm Edouard damages Sabine Pass Independent School stadium

A school stadium in Texas was damaged as Tropical Storm Edouard bore down on Tuesday, September 1, footage shows. Footage by storm chaser Chad Casey shows a collapsed wall at Sabine Pass Independent School as strong winds lash the area. Additional videos by Casey show the storm wreaking havoc in Port Arthur and other parts of Sabine Pass.
