Tropical Storm Edouard: Chambers County monitoring conditions

Officials in Chambers County issued a disaster declaration in preparation of Tropical Storm Edouard as the county is expected to collect some of the heaviest rainfall. FOX 26's Anthony Antoine spoke to the Deputy Chief of Emergency Management about what the office in monitoring and how residents can get updated.
