Houston FIFA fever continues despite Fan Festival shutdown

Storms shut down Houston's FIFA Fan Festival on Saturday, but fans continued to party around the clock. FOX 26's Mekenna Earnhart was in the middle of a packed EaDo restaurant that's listed as a spot for Houston's "Football Fiesta."
