Houston weather: Tracking Bertha, Tropical Storm Warning issued for Texas coast

Bertha could bring elevated tides, minor coastal flooding, rough surf, dangerous rip currents and gusty coastal winds Thursday and early Friday. Farther inland, scattered storms and breezy conditions are possible. Bertha is still expected to weaken, so significant inland wind impacts remain unlikely and this is not expected to be a high impact weather situation.
